At the end of each test, we send the tester a survey about the product, which he has to fill out. It would seem that what could be easier than to share your impressions of using the product?
But it's not that simple!
We want to share with you a few tips on how to write your feedback after testing a product to make it most valuable to the seller.
1. Make the feedback extensive
⠀
The sellers of the products you're testing are interested in getting the most detailed feedback possible on the product. They want to know what you think about every step of the test, from how easy it was to find and order the product on the site, to what you think of the packaging and how you feel about using the product. So don't skimp on the words and answer each question in as much detail as possible.
2. Share your ideas on how to improve the product/ packaging/ design
⠀
Sellers do listen to customers who test their products. After all, the ideas that come to the tester while using the product are not always obvious to the manufacturer. So if, while testing a product, you get ideas about how you would change it, be sure to share them!
3. Be honest
⠀
Finally, it's always worth remembering that bitter truth is better than a sweet lie. If you write a good feedback in our survey, even though you don't like the product, unfortunately, you are not doing anyone any good. The manufacturer won't be able to fix the mistakes and make the product better, and future customers will buy something of poor quality. If the product you bought had defects or flaws, sincerely write about them. This way you will help improve the product.
